{oc -) HAMILTON, Sunday In his report to the annual meeting of the Waikato Boy Scouts' committee in Hamilton, the district scout commissioner, Mr. S. N. Ziman, stated that the past year had heen a difficult one owinrr to the shortage of scout headers. From the Waikato district seven scout and cuhmasters and 15 assistant scout and cuhmasters had gone overseas. The follovrintr appointments were made: — Assistant district commissioner. Mr. G.
