The Germans claim that in the past few days the outer defences of the capital have been broken through on the southwest and west on a broad front, Berlin also claims that Moscow was heavilv bombed last night. Marshal Gregory Zukhoff lias taken over the central front, including the defences of Moscow. It is believed that Marshal Timoshenko has been transferred to a new command. Loco.not.ve> and railway carnages, it is stated in London, are alreadj in process of delivery to liussm to assist in the re-equippins of the boviot railwar- The whole of the October quota of 'supplies agreed on at the Moscow conference* has been made available. Wheat and sugar have been sent.
