UNITED STATES OUTLOOK (Renl. 8.51 p.m.) NEW YORK, Ocl. 23 The British Management and Labour Mission, after surveying American industry for a month, said that the production of guns, tanks, ships and warplnncs, when it reached its peak, perhaps by next spring, would be ample to ensure the defeat of the Axis. The members of the mission added that they were delighted with American produetign.
