DISPOSAL OF BLACKFISH

(0.C.) WHANG AH El, Thursday The last of tho blackfish that were stranded on the beaches near the Wlinngarei Heads were towed off this morning and taken out tj sea. The sea had moderated and towing conditions were better to-dav than yesterday. Early in i lie morning Harbour Board men roped the 17 fish together, making up the tow that was hauled ofl by launch at about high tide at 8.30. The ebb tide and westerly wind took the fish away from the coast.
