CLUB ACTIVITIES

Y.W.CA. Mothers' Club.—The president. Mrs. G. Sherley, welcomed the members at the lust meeting, which took the form of a musical-afternoon arranged by Mrs. Stewart and her choir. Y.W.C.A. Scottish Women.—A Hallowe'en evening was held by members recently, when Mr. Earle Gorton and Miss Bremner played stirring Scottish music for the dancing. Recitations by Miss Betty Sullivan and competitions were also enioyed. Penwomen's Club.—An address on Egypt was given by Mrs. J. R. Coulson, who has travelled extensively in the country and resided in Alexandria. Pianoforte solos were played by Miss Alice Watson. The president. Mrs. IT. Griffiths, presided. New Women's Club:—-The vocational guidance officer for erirls. Miss Adams, spoke of the work being done by the youth centre and the career-advisers of the Technical College, at the last, meeting of this club. Dr. Barbara Roche gave an address on milk. The president, Mrs A. Gladding presided.
