OBITUARY
MRS. E. E. T. WILKINS (Of.) HAMILTON, Thursday The death has occurred of Mrs. Elaine Elizabeth Taylor Wilkins, wife of Mr. (>. T. Wilkins, of Anglesea Street Hamilton. Mrs. Wilkins, who was born at East Tamaki, was the eldest daughter of the late Hev. Gideon Smalos, a pioneer missionary in New Zealand Mrs. Wilkins trained as a nurse at the Auckland Hospital, where she graduated in 189 S. She completed her training at St. Margaret's Hospital, Melbourne. In 1917 she established a private hospital in the W aikato. She was a foundation member of the Hamilton branch of the League of Mothers. Besides her husband, Mrs. Wilkins is survived by two sons and ono daughter.
