Open Championship.—Matches played in the open snooker championship at Barton and McGill's Hall last evening resulted: — W. Thompson beat B. Bedwell, 32 —59, 54 —30, 05—30; W. Whyle beat A. Cates. 01 —28, 58 —35. Games for to-night are:—B. North v. R. Nixon, seven o'clock; R. Hall v. E. Dennis, eight o'clock.
