(0.C.) THAMES. Wednesday Before Mr. W. 11. Freeman, S.M., Frederick David Thompson appeared on three charges of thaft involving a bicycle, a lady's wristlet watch, bracelet. a scarf and a razor. Sergeant Murphy said Thompson, who had been just released from prison, posed as a soldier returned from Greece and Crete, claiming to be hadlv wounded in the chest. A sympathetic family took him into their home, and he abused their trust. Accused had never been overseas, and he was discharged from camp for thieving from fellow-soldiers. Accused was sentenced to three months' imprisonment on each of two charges of theft, the terms to be cumulative.
