ROBBERY ALLEGATION
The third trial ol Thomas Leslie Daley, soldier, aged 20 (.Mr. Noble), and Ernest Sidney Porter, agod 20 (Mr. Jlubble), on a joint charge of stealing on the night of May 28 a wallet containing £3O by personal violence from Charles Keith Brown, was continued in the Supreme.Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Fair. Mr. V. R. Meredith conducted the case for the Crown. Evidence for the defence had not been completed when the bearing was adjourned until to-day.
