Horace Lintliuin, the world snooker champion played games at the Masonic Institute at mid-day yesterday. He gave a wonderful display of'billiards and in only three visits to the talde made breaks ol to, 5 and -110. In three games of snooker he recorded breaks ot G7 57. 51! and Hi. Lindruiii defeated Carrick bv' :ssi points to 200 in billiards at the Olympic Sports Room last night. At snooker, in'which he conceded his opponents 12 points, the results of matches were as follows:—!;. Carrick. SO'?, beat Lindruin. 72 (break of 21); Lindrum, 117 (break of 71), b-'At W.
