Sir,—Your article and sub-leader in yesterday's issue is more than timely, as the apathy and indifference of a number of our citizens is lamentable. In my district dozens of windows are barely shaded at night, and a raider would have little difficulty in finding his way to the more thickly populated parts; it would be little consolation to those who did observe regulations to reflect that the offenders would probably invite the first bombs.
