JAPANESE SHIP
NOW EXPECTED TO-NICH'I ADVICE FROM COMMANDER Radio advice that the Yamashita Risen Kaishya motor-vessel Yamagikc Maru will arrive at Auckland at 11 o'clock to-night was received last night bv the local agents. Russell and Soniers. Limited. A berth has been arranged for the ship at King's Wharf. The .Japanese ship, which is bringing cargo from Kobe, was due to arrive at Auckland on Monday. However, her commander advised by wireless that the ship would be late and a. further message stated that she was being delayed by heavy seas. Smaller vessels were able to make port. The cargo carried, some of which is urgently needed in this countr\s comprises mainly timber and general merchandise. The ship is expected to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin.
