DIVORCE GRANTED
Evidence that on the day after their marriage his wifo told him sho had induced him to marry her by making a false statement was given by James Kinghorn (Mr. M. Robinson), who sought divorce from Annie Kinghorn yesterday. They were married in Scotland in '1915 and have no children. The petitioner said that when his wife told him of this deception he suggested they should separate, and this was agreed to. He left his wife immediately, and had never gone hack to her. He paid her maintenance until he left Scotland for New Zealand in 1919. Money he sent her from New Zealand was returned to him. Mr. Justice Ostler issued a decree nisi.
