OVERSEAS LEAGUE
The annual bring-and-buy sale of the Overseas League to augment the league's funds was held recently and was an outstanding success. Stalls were set up in tho lounge and were well patronised bv tho many members and their friends who attended. The Mayoress, Mrs. J. A. C. Allum, opened the function and the league president, Judge F. 0. V. Achesou, presided. In tho evening a social was held, when items, dancing and competitions were the main features of the entertainment.
