Dick, of the Waikato Infantry Regiment, has been appointed commandant of the Rotorua Camp. Mr. R. P. Smith, of Hamilton, has been appointed a member of the Hamil-. ton Manpower Committee. Ho was formerly deputy-member. Colonel H. G, Edgar, of the Ana. tralinni Staff Corps, arrived in Auckland irom Wellington yesterday and is at tha Grand Hotel. He will return to Australia shortly. Lieutenant-Colonel C. 8. Whit* V.D., N.Z.T.S., commandant of Papal kura military camp, and Major T. p Lafley. N.Z.S.C., staff officer in charge of training at the camp have been transferred temporarily to the New Zealand Expeditionary force. Lieutenantuolonel White will serve with the tern, porary rank of colonel. Major LafTev will be succeeded by Major V. W. Sueden, N.Z.S.C. b
