SAFE-BLOWERS IN CITY
When they broke into the premises of the Windsor Manufacturing Company, Limited, 19 Cook Street, on Thursday night, burglars smashed with explosive the lock on the office sate and took about £7. It was evident from the way in which the safe was forced that the intruders were experienced in the work. The drawers in a desk were forced, but nothing was taken. This was the second time within the past year that the premises had been broken'into.
