(Reed. 0.30 p.m.) NEW YORK. June 1S The. final of the eastern professional tennis championship was won by Fred Perry, who defeated R. Skccn, o—3,0 —3, o—l, 4—o, 7—5. Skeen had defeated Donald Budge in the semifinal, o—2, 4—6, o—3. Perry thus completed a sweep of the season's major professional tournaments.
