The theft. of nn overcoat valued nt £2 was denied liv Richard Desmond Edwards, carpenter and labourer, aged 2.'i (l\fr. Aekins'), in the Police Court yesterday before Mr. F. Tv. Hunt, S.M. Accused said be bought the coat from a man in a hotel. The charge was dismissed. An application for suppression of accused's name was refused.
