Mrs. G. H. Birch. Coomhes Road, Remuera, left yesterday to spend a holiday in Rotorua. Miss G. Y. Johnson (Dargaville) and Miss Tollock-Smith (Wanganui) are at Glenalvon, Waterloo Quadrant. Mrs. Horace Scott, of Stanley Bay. left last night on a fortnight's visit to Dr. and Mrs. Gordon Findlay, of Miramar. Mrs. J. C. Beale. Balmoral Road. Epsom, returned from Wellington on Saturday from a visit to her daughter, Mrs. W. I Pratt, who accompanied her north. Mrs. J. .1. Sullivan, Bas sett Road, Reniuera, accompanied by her son, is spending the school holidays in Wellington. Mrs. John Ehvorthy, Kitchener Road. Takapuna, will leave'to-day to visit her mother, Mrs. Frank Herrick, Tnutane, Hawke's Bay. Mrs. A. J. Curtis, of Wellington, arrived in Auckland yesterday to visit her daughter, Mrs. John Sloman, Gil lies Avenue, Epsom. Dr. Hilda Northcroft, Glenside Crescent, will leave for Wellington tonight and expects to return to Auckland on Saturday morning. Mrs. C H. Walford, Mrs. S. C. Martin and Miss E. Lopdell have returned to Putaruru after a visit to Mrs. W. H. Behague, Park Avenue. Mrs. 0. R. Fairer, of Hamilton, who came to Auckland to meet Mrs. Gilbert King on her return from Honolulu, left yesterday with Mrs. King for the Waikato.
