ADDITIONAL RESULTS SEVERAL ISSUES UNCERTAIN CHANGE AT WARKWORTH Further results of local body elections are given below. Interesting positions have arisen where two candidates for one seat have polled the same. There were six candidates for the fivo vacancies on the Taupp Town Board, and the two candidates at the bottom of the poll each secured 90 votes. The official count will he held to-day, and if the position is still unchanged one name will be drawn from a hat. in the voting for two representatives to the Bay of Islands ElectricPower Board on the Mangonui County Council, two "of the three top candidates polled 119. The chairman of the Warkworth Town Board, Mr. P. A. McDowell, who topped the poll at, the last election, lost his seat, there being a difference of 14 votes between him and the lowest successful candidate. The official count at Glen Eden reveals no change in the position, but reduces the margin of the lowest successful candidate' over the first unsuccessful candidate to one.
