COMBINED GATHERING [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] WELLINGTON, Thursday The executives of the Secondary Schools' Association and the Technical School Teachers' Association were the puests of the executive of the Educational Institute at a social gathering in Wellington. . ..
