VALUELESS CHEQUES
Remanded from last week for a probation officer's report after a conviction had been recorded against him on live charges of false pretences by issuing valueless cheques involving £l7 12 s (3d. Frank Archer Hal lam, salesman, aged 35, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, K.M., in the Police Court yesterday. He was admitted to probation for two years and ordered to make restitution.
