AN EXCHANGE OF CABLES That cordial relationship exists between ttie English Rugby League Couiie.il and the Auckland Rugby League is evident b.v an exchange of cablegrams between the two bodies The Auckland body lasl week conveyed expressions of deep appreciation and admiration of the magnificent courage of English people. The reply from England read: "Our heartfelt thanks for your inspiring message. We arc playing football: we are cheerful; we will ever be strong."
