BEAM£N'S INSTITUTE A special service to mark the <s®* parture of the port chaplain, thi Rev, H. K. Vickery, from the Flj'intf Angel Missions to Seamen's Institute was heitd in the Mariners' Chapel of ht, Peter at the institute last night.
