UNDEFENDED ACTIONS ABOUT THIRTY HEARD HUSBAND WHO RAN AWAY About 30 undefended divorce petitions were dealt with by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court yesterday. In the great majority of cases tho ground of the petition was separation for more than three years. Cases of Desertion Desertion was the ground on which decrees nisi were granted in the following cases: —Albert Lindsay Barman (Mr. McCarthy) against Thelma Lily Harmnn; Ivy May Williams <Mr. Edge) against John Henry Williams; Walter Thomas Devlin (Mr. Aekins) against Elsie Edith Devlin; Flora Geldard (Mr. Fraer) against James Russell Geldard; Vera Emma Baggs (Mr. Dickson) against Aubrey Dormer Baggs; Catherine May Forno (Mr. W. W. King) against Howard Forno; Ivy Hilda Ross (Mr. Newbery) against Chatles Richard George Ross. The respondent having failed to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. decrees nisi were granted to the following petitioners: — William David Frederick Maddren (Mr. Goodall) against Margaret Maddren; Ivan Alac (Mr. Dickson) against Olive Louisa Tsobel Alac; Leslie Hugh \\ ilson (Mr. Dickson) against Gladys May Wilson. F. M. White). ORDERS TO RETURN Several petitions for restitution of conjugal rights were heard by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court yesterday. "My husband disagreed with my war activities," said Myrtle Elma Segaar (Mr. Meek) when asked why her husband, Cornelius Andries Segaar, had left her last August. She said that differences had arisen between them because of their different nationality, and she asked for an order for her husband's return. They were married in May. 1027. An order was made for restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days of service. Respondent was ordered to return to petitioner within 21 days in the case of Alice Yudt (Mr.. M. Robinson) against Hyman Yudt, and within 14 days in the case of Claude Wyllie (Mr. M. Robinson) against Margaret Laura Wyllie.
