(Received February 2. (3.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 2 At- the women's swimming; championships held at the Coogee baths last night a 19-year-old country girl, Miss Gwen Millard, established ari Australian and New South Wales record of 3 m 10 4-5s when she won the 110 yds State backstroko championship.
