NO WAR REGRETS
THE POSITION OF NORWAY LONDON, Dec. 3 0 "Norwegians have no reason to repent that they chose war rather than submit meekly to the foreign yoke," declared Crown Prince Olaf of Norway, broadcasting from London. "With our blood we have bought tho right to occupy a place of respect among the free nations of the world," lie said. Norway had given to the Allied war effort a merchant fleet of 4,000,000 tons and more than 30,000 sailors. Their navy was steadily growing, and in Canada they had a camp of their own where seamen were being trained for special tasks. fn Britain their army would soon bo fully trained; there was a small Norwegian force in Iceland; many hundreds of young Norwegian airmen wore undergoing training in Canada, and the first Norwegian squadrons would soon be put into active service.
