GIRL STILL MISSING
VAIN SEARCH AT PAIHIA [from ora own correspondent] WHANGAREI, Tuesday > No trace has yet been found of the eight-year-old girl, Julia Parker, who has been missing from Paihia since Friday afternoon. The girl wandered away from her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Parker, of Kemuera Estate, near Kaikohe, when the family were at Paihia for the day. An extensive search has been maintained by the police, assisted by residents and campers, since the child was missed, but without result.
