Sir, —.May I. as one much interested in dairy farming, comment on the question of war prisoners. If it should become necessary to receive prisoners of war here. I trust that they will not be dispersed over Urn Dominion in units. As Mr. Mackie points out, the chief present need is tor help on dairy farms; where one, or at most two, could be employed, making proper supervision almost impossible.
