THAI ADVANCE CLAIMED
RADIO OFFER TO INDQ.CHINA (Received January 13, 5.35 p.m.) BANGKOK, Jan. 12 The Thai High Command said that the Thai Air Force and land forces cooperated in heavy fighting in the Aranya sector. The Siamese continued a steady advance.
Meanwhile, the Bangkok radio sent a message to the French: "If you cease firing we will halt." Thailand asked the French to send a delegation to discuss frontier readjustment or "we will continue fighting until victory." A Hanoi message says it is officially announced that French pilots did not intend to bomb Bangkok. If Thailand aeroplanes bomb Saigon, Ralat and Pnompenh, as threatened in reprisal, French aeroplanes will attack Bangkok.
