Geissler, of Whangaroi, is visiting Auckland and is staying at the Central Hotel, Mrs. Clyde Graham, Laurie Avenue, Parneil, Returned on Thursday from a holiday at Lake Rotoiti. Mrs. H. W. Bullock, of Sea view Road, Bemnera, has returned from a visit to the Bay of Islands. Miss Tweet Macindoe, Westbourne Road, Remtura. is visiting Taupo, and is staying with Mrs. Ronald llorton. The Misses Molly, Barbara and Gay Lincoln, of Mount- Albert, have returned from a three weeks' holiday at Howick. Mrs. Frank Fenwick has returned tx> her home in Mahoe Avenue, Bemuera, after spending three weeks at Howick. Mrs, J. H. Collins, of Oriental Bay, Wellington, has left for Rotorua after visiting Mrs. B. J. Collins, Bemuera R< ad. Mrs. S. H. Best, of Takapuna, and Mrs. .T. X. Woollams, of One Tree Hill, have returned from a holiday visit to Rotorua.

Runciman, of Gishorne. is spending a holiday in Auckland and is staying at The Gables, St. Stephen's Avenue, l'arnell. Miss Marguerite Nicholson, of the Sydney University, is visiting her sister-in-law, Mrs. Donald Nicholson, oi Kitchener Street, Hamilton. Miss Dorothy Bateman, of Hamilton, who has been visiting Auckland as the guest of Miss Amy Smith. Remuera. will return home at the week-end.
