CARAVANS POPULAR
Forty-one per cent of the motorists in the principal Auckland motor camps are travelling with either trailers orcaravans, according to a Tally made by officers of the Automobile Association (Auckland), who inspect the main camps daily. As most of the holiday motorists were at their destinations and did not need to travel to work yesterday, there was not much traffic on the outer highways.
