STINGRAYS AND SHARKS
Several large stingrays have been seen in the Tniinuign Harbour lately, espocinll y on the beaches on the .\lntapihi side. While fishing in the vicinity of the railway bridge one resident saw two fairly large sharks and some smaller ones, evidently following the mullet in with the tide,
