GIRL SUFFERS BURNS

STOVE BURSTS INTO FLAMES Burns on the a'T s and legs were suffered by Miss 1 ncy Hudson, of Epworth Avenue. E torn, on Thursday afternoon, when sin was operating a spirit stove in a, bach at Brown s Bay. The stove burst into flames and the ignited spirts wore strewn on her arms and legs. She was given first aid treatment by neighbours and was attended by Dr. J3. McKenzie, of Takapuna, prior to being taken to a private hospital in Auckland. Her condition is not serious. Another girl who was assisting Mis> Hudson received some minor bums.
