! RETURN OF ENGINEER After spending two years in the United States under the terras of & Commonwealth Fund Fellowship. r - C. S. Plank, of the engineering staff o the Post and Telegraph Department) arrived at Auckland yesterday by the Mariposa. He is a son of Mr. C. ,P» Plank, former chief telegraph engineer of the Post and Telegraph Department, and was educated at the Auckland Grammar School and \ ictoria University College. , Mr. Plank's fellowship was grantea under the Commonwealth Fund, wjnc' 1 was established in 1918, and provides a varying number of fellowships mi candidates of British descent of au annual value of about £7oo each, tenable for two years at certain American universities.
