JUVENILE DELINQUENTS COMMENTS OF A JUDGE [I!Y TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRTSTCHURC'H, Saturday An increase in dishonesty among the youth of the community was referred to in the Supreme Court to-day by Mr. Justice Northeroft, when two youths appeared for sentence on charges of housebreaking. The position is alarming, and 1 consider it my duty to draw the community's attention to the way young men are going." Ernest Leslie Edmond Green, aged 19, who was alreadv on probation for theft, was sentenced to two years in a Borstal institution, while Russell Norman Dixon was given probation for two years.
