Every Milk Vendor or Dairyman selling or producing for sale in the district more than fifty gallons of milk a day shall bo entitled to exercise one vote for each fifty gallons or part of fifty gallons of milk so sold or produced for sale by him, with a maximum of five votes. f>. For the purposes of the foregoing provisions : —- (a) The sale or production for sale of any quantity of cream shall be deemed to be the sale or production for sale, as the ease may be, of twelve times tho same quantity of milk.
