CLUB ACTIVITIES
Cumberland and Westmorland Assoc-iation.-—The Christmas partv which was the association's linal gathering for the year, was held recently. The president, -Mis. F. P Hutehings. received the guests, who included visitors from kindied societies. Special Christmas features were the nresentation of a play dating from Tudor times, carol singing, and the appearance of Father Christmas. The cake, which was made and donated by Mrs. Hutehings, was a feature of the supper, which was provided, together with the Christinas presents, by the ladies of the committee. The Australian Club.—A Christmas buffet luncheon was held at the home of Mrs. A. St. Clair Hrown, when a talk was given by Mrs. Marl in Taylor on "China To-day A musical programme was presented and later tea was served on tin verandah.
