"VARIETY" PRESENTED
PUPILS OF MISS K. BOYLE Children from the ages of two to 14, assisted by older boys nnd girls, presented an ambitious programme entitled "Variety" in the eon cert chamber of the Town Hall last night. The entertainment is an annual function arranged by .Miss Kathleen Boyle, whose pupils were the performers, and tin. l items, some 60 in number, allowed tor considerable scope in dancing and singing by the 100 players. A particularly impressive item was "Night Time in the Nursery," depicting the coming to life of a number of dolls. All the. performers in tins were only seven years of age. The entertainment will he repeated to-nighl when cups, medals and cer"'ill be presented to successful pupils in the Royal Academy examinations.
