MUSIC TEACHERS
A decision to change its name to the Society-of Registered Music Teachers of New Zealand (Auckland Branch) was made at a special general meeting of the Auckland Division of the New Zealand Society. of Professional Teachers ot Music. The following officers were elected: —President, Dr. S. K. Phillips; vice-presidents, Misses K. Jackson, P. George; secretary, Mrs. M. Boult; assistant-secretary, Miss K. Hammond: members of council. Mesdames H. D. Edmonds, V. Fowler, Misses F. Crook, N. Simicli, T. Gordon, Mr. C. Laurie; delegates to conference, Dr. Phillips, Misses A. Law and A. Hansard.
