Miss V. Macmillan, of Sydney, is visiting Auckland and is at the Central Hotel. Mrs. Thornton Jackson, Remuera Road, has returned from a visit to Rotorua. Mrs. T. H. C. Caughey, Judge's Bay Road, Parnell. returned yesterday from a visit to Wellington. Mrs. A. C. Pryde, who has been visiting Mrs. H. A. Gray, in Wellington, is now staying with her mother, Mrs. J. G. Coates, at Matakohe. Mrs. H. Bayly, Westbourne Road, Remuera, who has been visiting her daughter, Mrs. Frank Turnbull, at Wanganui, returned home at the weekend. Mrs. M. A. Harrison and Mrs. T. Martin 'Hardy (England), Mrs. M. Irons (Vancouver) and Mrs. J. North (India), arc overseas visitors at the Grand Hotel. Mrs. J. Railton (London), Mrs. D. M. Allan and Mrs. Lindsay Gordon (Hawke's Bay), Mrs. B. Brosnahan (Gisborne), Mrs.- A. I?. McElwain (Auckland) and Miss M. McKillo]) (Wellington), are at the Station Hotel.
