GAMING HOUSE CHARGES
TWO WHANGAREI RAIDS f [from our OWN correspondent] ■WHANGAREI, Monday Raids on two places in Whangaroi wero carried out by tho police on Saturday morning. Subsequently Charles Schon and Allen Arthur Angelo were charged before Mr. F. Watters, J.P., with using premises as common earning houses and Keith Charles Edwards, with assisting in tho conduct of a common gaining house. On tho application of Detective J. B. Finlay, a remand in all three cases was granted until October 14. Bail \va3 allowed.
