Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Matamata County Council held on the 12TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1910, a resolution was passed, by way of Special Order under Section 17 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 192G, and Section 7 of the Rural Housing Act, 3939, authorising the raising of a loan of £25,000 at three pounds per centum per annum for a period of twenty-five years, for the purpose of making advances to Farmers under the Rural Housing Act. 1939; and such resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on THURSDAY, the 10th day of October, 39 to, at 11 a.m., nt the Council Chambers, Tlrau. A copy of the Special Order is deposited at the County Office, Tirau, and will be available for public inspection during office hours from the date hereof until October 9, 1910.
