MUSIC SCHOLARSHIPS
Sir, —The Auckland Provincial Centennial Council is to be congratulated on its idea of a music scholarship fund, and now there only remains the fairest way of making the awards. Might I suggest as there are to he two t scholarships that one be for those who would like to try and enter university, but are debarred through lack of finance, and the- other for those who are at university and would like to go overseas. That seems a fair and equitable way, especially in view of the fact that the fund was subscribed to by, all classes. Musio Lover,
