JOINERS' AWARD

APPEAL DISMISSED Judgment on an appeal against the decision of Mr. J. A. Gilmour, S.M., in connection with tho carpenters and joiners' awards has been delivered in the Arbitration Court by Mr. Justice Tyndall. The appeal was lodged by the Auckland branch of the union on behalf of workers employed on certain work in factories. .
