AUCKLAND GIRL ATHLETES More than 200 representatives of Auckland athletic clubs attended a ceremony hold yesterday afternoon at Waikumete cemetery, when a memorial stone was dedicated to the late Misses Dorccn and Bernico Lumley, wellAuckland athletes, who were killed in a motor-car accident last October. Funds for the purchase of the stone, which is made of dark mottled granite, were raised by the Auckland Club, of which the two sisters had been popular members. A short address was given bv Mr. W. Morton, president of the Auckland Club, and the stone was dedicated by the Rev. Frank do Lisle, a vice-president of the Aucklarid centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association.
