NORTH SHORE WATER
A request for departmental intervention with a view to improving the North Shore water supply has been made to the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E. Parry, by the Takapuna central branch of the Labour Party. In his letter to the Minister, the secretary of the branch states lie lias been instructed to protest as "at the present time tlie water is in a disgraceful state. We now request your department to take steps to have' the condition of the water improved before the summer season is upon us."
