POLICE PRESENTATION
Members of the detective staff at the central police station made a farewell presentation yesterday to Detective A. Moore, who has been transferred to Hamilton after 12 years in the city. Sub-Inspector S. G. Hall, on behalf of the staff, handed Mr. Moore a china afternoon-tea set, a case of silver spoons and an electric jug. Mr. Hall and other officers spoke of Mr. Moore's good qualities as an officer, and the cordial relationships he had established in the service and among the public.
