Mr. 0. R. Ford travelled to Wellington yesterday on the afternoon express.
Mr. J. A. C. Allum, deputy-mayor of Auckland, left for Wellington by last night's limited express.
Mr. F. G. Farrell, president of the Automobile Association (Auckland) returned from New Plymouth by air yesterday.
The Rev. B. C. Nottage, of the New Hebrides Presbyterian Mission, at present on furlough in New Zealand, has forwarded his resignation to the missions committee for health reasons.
Mr. Justice C. M. Murray-Aynsley, a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements, who is visiting New Zealand, left last night by the limited express for Wellington. He was accompanied by Mrs. Murray-Aynsley.
Mr. S. E. Langstone, secretary-mana-ger of the St. John Ambulance Association, left for Wellington by the afternoon express yesterday to attend a special meeting of the joint council of the Order of St. John and the Red Cross Society.
