Northern.—The club held its annual raco for the Waddell Cup from Levin, 204 miles, 120 birds competing. In a remarkably close finish the winning bird had a margin of only one-tliirteenth of a second. Result;—R. Hunter's Streamline, 1210.1 yds, 1; N. Waddell's Logan Hex, 1210 yds, 2; Royal Loft's Royal Sons?, 1211 yds. 3; J. Shiels' Cheerio, 1212 yds. r. Mr. Waddell also won the prize for the firsl nominated bird.
